Mail-in Repair-Service

     Whether for new repair, warranty repair or out of warranty repair or free-diagnostics.
     You must try to get an RMA# ( Repair/Return Merchandise Authorization number)
     first before any item is sent to our facility for repair-service.

     This RMA# is essential for you to track the status of your unit to our facility,
     through our repair service department and back to you.

     to check status of an RMA number click here

     Once you have received your RMA# from us via e-mail or by phone,
     please ship the item to:

    You can ship to us via your choice UPS, Fedex, USPS.
    We ship back by UPS , USPS domestic & international, invoice included.


Walk-in Repair Service
    We welcome just walk-in no appointment neccessary.
    Monday-Friday 9 to 5pm, Saturday 10 to 2pm.
